1/- Admiral study of printings and shades, carefully-mounted and written-up balance following the RSC Handbook by Stephen Reah-Johnson, with mint (20) and used (29) singles and a few multiples, an extensive selection of interesting items, many identified as to plate position or highlighting other detailed attributes, several also with printer's marks including a scarce perf 14 Die II Plate 2 mint example, two used examples showing the position 56 misalignment. a mint perf 14 Die IIIB Plate 8 partial inscription example, a used perf 14 Die IIIB Plate 8 (Hensman acquisition), many more shades and varieties, the odd flaw but an overall fine and well-documented collection.
