3d grey black & brownish dull orange Admiral, Die IIIB, Plate 8, State 2, used block of twelve, used with multiple Bulawayo 8 Dec 1922 double-circle postmarks, showing the "Position 56 Flaws", thus indicating this block is from positions 4146 and 51-56, a few faults, small thins, repaired tear through lower left stamp, still an impressive and scarce commercially used block, fine appearance; ex-Berman.
