Gibbs notes in his certificate: "A very scarce stamp; possibly the only recorded perf 15 example showing this printer's mark. The vertical Printers Mark occurs only once on each sheet of 60 stamps between Positions 25 and 26 of Headplate 7 and must be very rare on this stamp. It would not normally be visible if the heads and the perforations were centered as they should be."
