Germany & Colonies A.P.S. circuit books, thousands of stamps in well over two hundred books, most retired but some apparently never circulated, mix of mint and used, with particular strength in the colonies and offices abroad where we note some attractive c.d.s. postmarks as well as mark-value Yacht issues and unusual items such as Togo with Specimen overprints, several books of Saar, significant catalogue value well into five figures, with stamps in the $50-$100 range, careful inspection recommended as condition varies dramatically and there is some questionable identification, though we note many clean and very fine stamps throughout.
