#70c var., 24c "Cincinnati" reddish violet, scarce sound used example of this difficult "August" issue, rich distinctive color and detailed impression on characteristic thin paper, well centered for this, with the perforations clearing the design all around, neat target cancel, very fine; 1961 PF certificate as #60 and 2018 PF certificate.
