1935 (24 Oct.) envelope registered from Broken Hill to Pernambuco and carried on the First Pendulum flight, bearing 1d., 2d. and 6d. (3, two with minor varieties) neatly cancelled with double-ring datestamps and showing "deutsche luftpost/europa-sudamerika" illustrated cachet in red and bearing framed "by airship/graf zeppelin/via london-overland" label at top, the reverse with despatch, Athens (5.11), Passau Hof Station (7.11) and arrival (18.11) datestamps. A rare Zeppelin acceptance from Northern Rhodesia with only about one dozen covers recorded. Photo
