1959 Registration card bearing payments for the years 1959-63, bearing postage issues surcharged "Ukuanyama/ 10/-" (or 5/-) in sans-serif font in black or red, 1959 bearing QEII 1953 coronation 2d. surcharged 10/- in black,, 1960 (rise in levy to 15/- per year) paid by Coronation 10/- on 2d. (surcharge in red), and 1937 postage 5/- on 1½d. in red, 1961-62 paid by 5/- and 10/- on 1½d. for each year, and 1963 paid with decimanl "R1.50" on ½d. black and emerald, with the manuscript annotation "Owes 50c.". Offered with two 1940's registration cards bearing surcharged 1949 UPU issues 5/- on 3d. (5) and 5/- on ½d. (4), for years between 1945-52. The frst card one of only four recorded cards bearing rand denominated stamps, and the only recorded usage for the Ukuanyama tribe. Photo
