1899-90 group of unusual cancellations comprising 10/- green and red (2), 5/- green and mauve and 6d. lilac and green, each on piece, cancelled with V-R (Volksrust) cancellation in blue, the 10/- pair particularly desirable with a complete strike on large piece, large part of a second strike unusually below the adhesives, offered with large form piece bearing 1d. lilac and black (12), and a second piece bearing 2/6d. green and brown (2), all cancelled individually with "16/8/00" and initials in manuscript. A most unusual group, the blue cancellations extremely rare. Photo
