1860 3d. to £5 set of eight overprinted "specimen" type 9, fresh mint, chiefly fine though a few with perforation faults. A scarce set which had a huge impact on the appearance one of Britain's most iconic postage stamps; the £5 orange would have been printed in ultramarine but for the fear of confusion with the £5 probate stamp in this set.
