1937 (27 Mar.) envelope from Kuala Lumpur to Cameroun, marked "By KLM via Amsterdam - Paris - Air France", franked at 65c. and showing, on reverse, Paris (2.4), Cotonou Dahomey ((6.4) and Douala (12.4) datestamps. Scarce and a most unusual destination. Photo

Note: The route taken was by KLM to Amsterdam connecting with a flight to Paris. Then Air France via Toulouse to Dakar, from Dakar to Cotonou (Dahomey) by French branch Aeromaritime and finally by road to Douala, Cameroun.
