The Imperial Bank of Persia, reverse archival photograph showing a design for 2 toman, 1923. This reverse design is the same as the one issued in 1924, which is interesting because unlike the preceeding 1 Toman design, the 2 toman was printed by Bradbury, rather than Waterlow. It is mysterious that the contract was Split, and that the designs for some notes were deemed acceptable and others were not,
