Forrer lists all the patterns and fantasy pieces produced by Pinches for Reginald Huth, 'who has kindly favoured me with the following particulars of his issues'. This piece is listed as a Medal of Dollar size. It is illustrated, with the caption 'Pattern Dollar of Fernanda de Borbon 1897', and in the listing he states two pieces were struck in copper.
