1883-85 Cellier issue mint and used collection on stock sheets, (220) including 1d. black mint block of four imperforate between stamp and margin at foot, and horizontal pair imperforate between used (unpriced thus), pages of used examples showing a myriad of postmarks, with a few unused examples, and 1885 "halve penny" surcharge imperf between.
