(Officially Registered) as it contained something valuable, which was contrary to law, bearing Bell 1d. and 2d. tied by Sandhurst "4" duplex, showing two strikes of framed "registered" h.s., and oval-framed "more to pay" with manuscript "6d" inserted; the envelope with some faults including flap missing and some soiling.
