A133 from Robert Peel (Prime Minister 1834-35 and 1835-41) in London to Atherstone, Warwickshire, showing "T.P.Charles St. West" handstamp in blue, uprated with 1840 1d. black Plate IV, SA, margins all round, tied by red Maltese Cross, signed "Robert Peel" at foot, faint datestamp on reverse; soiled and with two scuffed creases though an unusual item from this twice serving Prime Minister .
