Williamsport and Elmira Rail Road (PA), 6% bond for $1000, 1839, #150, arms at top, scrollwork borders, black, together with a copy, circa 1845, of the the same numbered bond of simlar style but the arms and scrollwork borders are different and there is no printers imprint. The copy is believed to be unique, the original rare. F-VF (2).
