Bullock, ornate border with vignettes including allegorical figures, and depicting the United States Constitution below title, green and black, with coupons; together with State of South Carolina, Loan for the Conversion of State Securities, 1869, $1000, #2703, Washington in centre, green, with coupons, issued but not cancelled, together with 1861 to 1887, a group of state bonds for various amounts and various dates, some duplication, most are unissued and cancelled, some with vignettes. The first slightly discoloured, F and VF (15).
