Banca Nazionale nel Regno d'Italia, Premium Bond, Lire 12.50 & 62.50, 1891. The Banca Nazionale was founded in 1861 and was one of the three bank-notes issuing banks that merged in 1893 to become todays Banca d'Italia. Very rare premium bond for the guaranteed loan of Felicita Bevilacqua (1822-1899), widow of General Giuseppe La Masa (1819-1881). Tears partly repaired, VF.
