Isaac's Harbour Gold Co. of Nova Scotia, $5 shares, New York 186[4], #49, scrollwork at left, black, red paper seal. Gold was discovered here in 1861 and started a rush to Nova Scotia. Production was virtually continuous until the 1950's and even now new exploration for gold is taking place. Creased but AVF and rare.
