Aboukir Bay Treasure Recovery Co. Ltd., £5 ordinary shares, 18[89], #0189, ornate border, black. Obtained a Government concession to search for ships of Napoleons fleet sunk during the Battle of the Nile in 1798. Chairman of the board was Adimral Sir Henry Keppel. Since that time there have been many expeditions to find the lost ships but they were only located in 1998 by underwater eresearchers. VF and scarce.
