Prinkipo Yacht Club Co. Ltd., 5% debenture for £5, 1910, large format piece, atractively printed in red, green and black, text in English and French, 4 pages. Formed in 1906 by Englishman Leon Pearce. The company was renamed the Ottoman Büyükada Yacht Club in 1923 and the Turkish Büyükada Yacht Club after the declaration of the Republic in 1924. The club went bankrupt in 1937. GVF.
