Collection on nine pages covering 84 issuing authorities, including Georgia 1921 cover franked with 5r. showing 'League of Nations' overprint, Lemberg overprints for Western Ukraine 10h.(2) and 20h. fine used on single piece, (Mi. 3, 4a), with a myriad of overprints and local surcharges produced prior to and during the breakup of the Soviet Union. A most interesting lot.
