Collection on five pages covering 40 different issuing authorities, including 1871 tri-colour franking from Odessa to Paris, inflation surcharges for 14 of the 85 known towns including the 100000R on 100R for Sserafimo-Diwjejevskoje (Mi 1) and issues for the civil war in the south (17). A marvellous collection with high catalogue value, beautifully written up.
