1853-64 mint and used collection neatly presented in a Frank Godden album and slipcase including used 1853, paper deeply blued 1d. (2), 4d. (2), paper slightly blued 1d. (3 and a pair) and 4d. (11), 1855-58 1d. (10, one on piece, plus three pairs, strips of three and two of four), 4d. (57, eight on piece, eleven pairs, strips of three, two of four and one of eight) and mint pairs (2), 6d. slate-lilac (5), 6d. rose-lilac (6), 1/- (10) and a mint pair, 1861 'Woodblock' 1d., 4d., 1863-64 1d. (9), mint single and pair, 4d. (5, one mint), 6d. (2, one mint) and 1/- (2). Condition mixed with some good to fine. Also literature with "Cape of Good Hope" by Melville, "The Triangular Stamps Of Cape of Good Hope" by Stevenson and Sir Maxwell Joseph and "Maximus" auction catalogues. A fine lot well worth closer inspection
