1898 blank "army telegraphs and signals" form, bearing 1888 ½d. vermilion (2), 1d. lilac and green (2), 6d. lilac and green and 1/- green and black, each cancelled by "GW" (Great Wishford) "army/ telegraphs" cancellations, the form itself with surface thins, the stamps fine. Offered with copies of a map and illustrations depicting the exercise.
