George IV portrait engraved die proofs (2) in oval with surround and uncleared cross-hatched, three engraved die proofs (two in carmine) of an ornate frame with "specimen" at foot and to which a reduced image of the King has been let in to one, surface printed enlarged design proof with incorporating the King's portrait, die proofs of the same design (2), and imperforate plate proofs in carmine (block of eight and two blocks of four), ultramarine (block of six and two blocks of four) and violet (two blocks of four). Also similar "specimen" engraved die proofs in black (2) and carmine with the vignette now represented by large "wm ld" monogramme. A fine lot
