1892 complete mortgage indenture document relating to a loan of £1,500, secured against five pieces of land in Lagos, (each illustrated), with £1 and 5/- "colony of lagos" colourless impressed stamp duty revenues, 10/- and 1/- GB Stamp Duties on first page, Perkins Bacon "Justice Room" 1/- on back cover alongside "colony of lagos/ commissioner of stamp duties" embossed seal and signature. Fine and extremely rare.
