4a. blue and red, 2nd. printing, a horizontal pair showing portions of wavy lines on each side and portions of five rosettes, both cancelled with diamond of dots; central vertical crease, a trifle soiled and the right-hand stamp with two tiny spots of red sealing wax on Queen's face, otherwise fine.
