1929 Western Australia 1½d. dull scarlet perforated "OS." collection on pages, thirty-six stamps, including plate number 2 single and block of twenty (very occluded perfins), plate 4 block of four, imprint block of eight (4x2), also a piece of "blanket" with fifteen "OS" punctures and 929 (14 Nov.) letter to a MHR forwarding an "OS" sheet (not included). Many unmounted mint but the block of twenty is not guaranteed
