(Pick 22), in PMG holder number 64, choice uncirculated. Exceptionally rare note in Uncirculated condition. Truly iconic and probably the most recognised design of any Japanese note! Introduced in 1885 this note is now 135 years old and still in Uncirculated condition! Embossing on this note is incredible and can be seen easily through the holder. It is unclear as to why it never received the EPQ designation
