(TBB B121b, Pick 23b), in PMG holder number 66, EPQ, gem uncirculated. The most elusive note of the three date types with this design. PMG population report confirms this research with only 9 notes graded in total for this Pick number and twice that for P23a, while P23c has a total of 66 notes graded. Undoubtedly the key note for the entire QEII series of Gibraltar
