John (1199-1216), ‘Short Cross’ coinage, Pennies (2), class 5bí2, Bury St. Edmunds, 1.31g, Fvlke, rev., +folke•on[ ]dm, partly flat both sides, nearly fine, (N.970; S.1351), class 5c, 1.36g, Fvlke, rev. +fvlke•on•s•ad, struck slightly off-centre, porous surfaces, nearly very fine (N.970, N.971; .1351, S.1352; Stewartby Vb2, Vc; the second, Eaglen dies E/f), a scarce mint, the second coin very rare, with Eaglen noting coins for this type are all from the same obverse die (2)
