#1, 1863 1/2r Blue, single centered a bit top top, deep rich color, tied to May 26, 1871 folded letter from Puntarenas to San Jose by barred numeral postmark, with unusual and very rare four-ring target cancel (18mm wide) at top center, this being one of only two recorded covers bearing this curious marking, fine and attractive.
