#1P-4P, 1863 1/2r-1P First Issue plate proofs on India, another lovely complete set of plate proof sheets of 100 each mounted on card, however this set features larger sheet margins which show numerous ""American Bank Note Co. New-York."" imprints in the sheet selvages on the 1/2r, 4r and 1P values, in addition the 1/2r and 2r with ""SPECIMEN."" overprint on each stamp in red orange and black respectively, couple trivial edge flaws to card on a couple of values, overall a very fine and choice set of considerable beauty and Estimate US$ 1,500-1,800
