Revenue stamped paper lot of about 100 document with either handstamped or embossed seals, includes nine from 1824 with Royal Arms handstamp at top, other documents go to 1880 and are sorted by paper or handstamp type, with several documents having multiple handstamps, also included in the lot are some early official postal documents, including an 1815 postal tariff and postal circulars from the 1820s and 1830s, plus there is a correspondence of 45 letters from 1821-1823, being official communications from the provisional government to the municipality of Escasu, mixed condition as always on documents of this vintage, still an impressive and desirable collection.
