#21-22, 1887 Soto issue accumulation consisting of many dozens of used stamp, with better cancellations noted, a sheet of the 10c value, large die proofs and essays, a few plate proofs, 21 covers, most of which are to foreign destinations, mainly U.S., England or Germany, but there is one to Nova Scotia, also a couple used on postal stationery and one mixed franking with the 1883 Issue, mixed condition, much is fine or better. Estimate US$ 1,000-1,200
