#3, 1863 4r Green, nicely centered single, tied to lovely double weight folded entire from San Jose to the Italian Minister of Affairs in Guatemala, stamped tied by complete boxed ""21 Feb 74"" postmark (SJ-Pmk7), matching double ring ""San-Jose/Febre/21 74/Costa-Rica"" c.d.s. (SJ-Pmk9) at top right, after carriage to Puntarenas to Guatemala it was first marked with red ""4"" reales due, which was then corrected to ""2"" reales due, overall in exceptionally clean and choice condition; one of the finest of the less than ten ""cuatro reales"" covers recorded, and the sole example reco Estimate US$ 2,000-2,400
