Antarctica group of picture postcards, comprising 19 items, mostly listed in Wharton, some of them used, including the 1897 Belgian Expedition, Shackleton and Scott, the latter also pictured with other crew members, with various different scenes, the "Le Français" and the "Uruguay" setting sale to the South Pole, multicolor advertising picture examples of Fry's Cocoa and Shell, etc, as well as small 1913 brochure "The People's Tribute to the Heroes of the Antarctic/Penny Contribution to the Lord Mayor's Fund"; a fine and interesting group.
