#5, #6, 1849 40c Orange, 1fr Carmine pair, tied by "gros points" cancellations to 1853 February 27 folded cover to Vienna, with Paris c.d.s. alongside and backstamped on arrival; the 40c is slightly oxidized and with frame line missing at right, the pair is cut slightly into at base and with part of frame line missing at right, vertical filing fold partly resulting in a tear, still though a very rare franking paying the double rate to Austria and including a valuable pair of 1fr; signed Calves.
