#C14, 30c Black on rose, 17 Nov. 1921, Bogotá-Barranquilla Flight; used on back of cover to Pittsburg, tied by SCADTA three-line handstamp, up-franked, for the national postage, with 3c tied by agency c.d.s. on obverse; closed tear at top caused on opening on front, and couple of folds clear of the franking.
