Turks and Caicos mainly used collection balance, an advanced assembly where duplicates and shades are usually encountered, mounted on album pages and gathered in an Oriel album, commencing with the first issue, the second one also including multiples for the 1d, a quite attractive section of 1881 surcharges, accompanied by one certificate, with 33 examples, part of them being not genuine, later Q.V. issues with multiples with unusual blocks of four or larger, including "Specimen" stamps from 1889, 1893 ½d on 4d with 11 examples including one in combination with other issue on piece, sets of Specimen in the 1900-04, 1909-11, 1913-18 and 1922-26 issues, 1928 10 blue plate proofs, etc; predominantly very fine, detailed viewing required.
