S.G. #57a, #67 1884 4d Grey diagonal bisect, and 1893 ½d on 4d Grey, setting II, both tied by "TI" barred ovals and paying the 2½d rate to the United States on June 25, 1893 cover to Baltimore, endorsed "Per S.S. Saginaw" of the "Clyde" Line, showing Turks Islands c.d.s. alongside, New York and Baltimore datestamps on reverse, negligible vertical crease well clear away of the franking, very fine, only three bisected usages of this stamp are recorded on cover, one of the key postal-history items of this territory: 1969 B.P.A. certificate, signed Bloch (S.G. £5,000).
