S.G. #116, 1913-17 1s Black and green, on undeliverable WWI mail, Aug. 1st 1914 registered envelope from Kingstown to Ulm, Germany, with framed "Undeliverable/L.P.S." marking and August 18 London datestamp on reverse, the cover being redirected to Germany almost one year after the end of the War on Nov. 7, 1919 with corresponding c.d.s. at upper left and a new registered label, backstamped in London on December 9; a very fine and most rare usage during WWI.
