Barrouallie, "BAR" Abbreviated Village Datestamp, a superb strike dated January 28, 1881 on envelope to New York, bearing 1880 6d Bright green, probably tied at Kingstown with "A10" barred oval with matching small "St-Vincent" c.d.s. at left, struck on arrival on back, very fine; one of three recorded covers exhibiting the use of black ink at Barrouallie; 1978 R.P.S. certificate.
