S.G. #2, 1861 6d Deep yellow-green, tied by "A10" barred oval, in addition most infrequently tied by small "St-Vincent" c.d.s. to June 8, 1861 envelope addressed to London, illustrated on page 27 in the St. Vincent handbook by Pierce-Messenger-Lowe; a fine example of this rare and desirable first-issue single franking, with only three examples so far recorded, of even much greater significance by being the earliest recorded cover exhibiting St. Vincent stamps;
