Wilkinson & Gordon, Merchants" in London to be forwarded to Madeira, rated "1/-" in manuscript for the single rate, arrival datestamp on reverse and docket of receipt as May 22, portion of paper loss in center at top, not detracting from this,the only cover recorded during the French Occupation of St. Vincent.
