#202, 90c Dull carmine special printing, without gum as issued, an attractive example of this elusive Special Printing rarity, being completely free of the thins that plague so many of these soft paper stamps, centered a bit to right as virtually all are, but not objectionably so, unusually full perforations but for a nibbed perf. at lower right, very fine; it is believed that less than 40 examples exist of the Ninety Cent Soft Paper Special Printing; 1957 PF certificate.
