#171, 7c Reddish vermilion special printing, without gum as issued, attractive example with vivid rich color on fresh paper, scissor separated as usual but with intact perforations at top and left, short sealed tear at left center not noted on the certificate, very fine appearance; only approximately 50 of the Seven Cent Special Printings are thought to exist; clear 1953 PF certificate.
