#65, 3c Rose, two singles, left stamp with s.e. at left, tied by double circle "Gold Mine, Nev/ 23 Feb, 64" duplex Territorial postmark to 177x122mm embossed Valentines cover to West Killingly, Ct., with original multi-layered paper lace enclosure depicting numerous cupids and decorated with chromo-lithographed stickers and a satin ribbon, cover with two nicks out at bottom, otherwise a very fine and scarce territorial usage.
