#1, 1895 10(c) Black, wide letters, wide stamp, unused, without gum as issued, an attractive example of this rare stamp showing dividing lines at top and right and traces of dividing lines on the other two sides, two light vertical creases and tiny toned spot, very fine appearance; despite the minor flaws, which are normal on these, this copy is better than what is normally encountered; 1980 SPA certificate as #2; Scott $5,750; S.G. #1; £4,250.
